Purchases and Guarantee

Once a design has been agreed payment will be made in full. Then before the Design has been sent to you a photo of the gift will be provided,  If you accept the design then this item will be sent and no refunds will be offered as its a unique design that cannot be resold.

When you pay you are agreeing to these terms.

If the item is faulty , please provide detailed evidence of the issue within 14 days of receiving the item..

We will then pay for a return and correct the issue or offer a full refund if we agree the item at fault is because of our work.

Packages and shipping.

If an item is lost , we will resend free of charge as long as we are notified within 21 working days.
